Amenities
The park is paved with concrete pads and all utilities. Eaton pedestals with 50,30,& 20 amp plug ins. Free Wi-Fi. Pool and spa will open Sept 2020. Our park has showers and laundry facilities for our guests. Limited free boat parking.There is also a dog park. Our park is on the Capitol to the Sea Florida Bike Trail. You can ride to the beach or all the way to Tallahassee. You can launch your boat @ Mashes Sand Ramp. Fresh water or salt water fishing.
Making a Reservation
Our RV pads are 45' long. We have a two day minimum stay. Each site should accommodate your RV with pull outs. Call for details. Some free parking available for car dollies. No golf carts please. Our motel has 11 guest rooms and 2 Bungalows, the Bungalows have a 2 night minimum. Our motel is not pet friendly and our rooms are smoke free. Check in is 2pm and checkout is 11am. Our pool and hot tub hours are 10am-7pm seasonal. Call Lou to help you find the right room and budget.
Our Rates
Our back in rate is $49 & pull thru is $59. We honor Good Sam & other discounts of 10% of our daily rate. We discount the weekly rate as well. The weekly and monthly rate does not include electricity.
